I would recommend the Client Centered Therapy for someone that I loved. This therapy uses an empathetic, genuine, accepting environment, and the therapist uses active listening. I feel that this method would work best for my relative that suffer's from OCD. He is the type of person who likes to talk about what exactly he goes through and does well with other's being empathetic towards him.
